For the food service, just stop. It's better. The order is ready on time but no driver to pick it. When you go to escalate and to cancel the order, I have to speak to the restaurant or the driver. The options are shown. I need to speak to smile customer service to handle this function. Really along procedure and steps for food ordering process. Less headech and make it easier on your customers.

Customer service that is slower thn snail. At times food won't be delivered and you will be charged. Happened to me twice and never got revert despite several trials. Bought a voucher of 200 aed and expired in a week, never got refund or support of validity extention. No one heard or resolved the matter. It will seem like a good app for saving but with few jerks all saving will be wiped off that has been my experience.

ordered food.. payment was made from the bank account. amount got deducted.but order didn't got confirmed. when asked for refund customer service declined request saying that they couldn't find any data on my registered number. I have given the bank account number from which the payment was made. also they have my email id. however the online advisor discontinue the chat saying contact again with data. I don't understand what other data I can provide. terrible service and extremely disappointed
